We’ve just wrapped up our participation in TuttoFood Milan, one of the leading events in the agri-food industry. It was a valuable opportunity to connect with clients, partners, and professionals from around the world—and to share who we are, how we work, and what makes our nougats and brittles truly unique.

Taking part in a major international trade fair like TuttoFood is a key step in our company’s growth. It allows us to listen closely to market needs, spot emerging trends, and fuel our drive for innovation.

Engaging with industry experts and customers inspires us, guides us, and helps us evolve while staying true to our identity. Consumer demands are constantly changing, as are market dynamics. Being present means we can respond to these shifts in real time, anticipate them, and keep innovating—without ever compromising the authenticity of our products.

At TuttoFood, we showcased both our signature products and our latest innovations, including Protein Nuts, designed for today’s market and packaged for export, retail, and private label.

Behind every bar and every format of nougat or brittle, there’s more than meets the eye. It starts with carefully selected ingredients: premium almonds, Italian honey, high-quality chocolate, and fresh fruit, along with constant monitoring of every production phase.

We manage the entire production process in-house—from roasting the nuts to final packaging—ensuring consistency, compliance, and full control. Every product reflects our commitment to quality, food safety, and a transparent, certified supply chain.
